Vishali Pandita

Vishali Pandita is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment with a solid educational background in Human Resources and Computer Science. Currently serving as Associate Manager at Razorpay since January 2022, Vishali has previously contributed to Nykaa as a Technology Recruiter, leading end-to-end hiring processes for various teams and achieving key milestones such as scaling the Design team and hiring for niche roles. Prior to Nykaa, Vishali held positions at Paytm, focusing on a diverse range of hiring across tech and non-tech functions, as well as at Pylon Management Consulting, specializing in recruitment for leading brands and startups. An early career internship in HR operations at Kelly Services India provided foundational experience in the field. Vishali holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kurukshetra University and a BCA in Computer Science from the University of Jammu.
