Daniela Herrera Unfried is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the Latin American market. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Associate Manager at Liberty Latin America since May 2020, Daniela leads a team focused on recruitment for Liberty Networks and Liberty Costa Rica across multiple countries, including Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, where Daniela ensured compliance with service level agreements, and a range of positions at Liberty Networks, Muebles Jamar, C&Z Consultores, and Cerrejón Colombia. Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Processes and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del Norte.
