Marija Tosic

Marija Tosic is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as an Associate Talent Acquisition Manager at EBRD since April 2023, focusing on building sustainable market economies. Previously, Marija held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at ABBYY, attracting top tech talent for Research and Development teams. Marija's experience also includes leading an Embedded Talent Acquisition Team at The Big Search, scaling FirstVet, and managing recruitment processes as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader at NCR Corporation, where a team of 12 was guided for the EMEA region. Marija's career began in customer service and HR roles at Sitel and Grupo Azvi, respectively. Educationally, Marija holds a Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in Philology from the University of Belgrade.
