Rachael Brookfield

Rachael Chetty is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Re-Leased since February 2021, previously holding roles as Talent & Engagement Director and Global Recruitment Manager. Prior to Re-Leased, Rachael worked at Empired Ltd as a People Experience Partner, focusing on talent and resource management within the technology sector. Rachael's tenure at Intergen involved progressive roles from Recruitment Specialist to People Experience Partner, where responsibilities included developing effective recruitment strategies for both New Zealand and North America. Rachael began the career at Robert Walters as a Consultant and has a background in education as an Education Assistant at Kumon Australia & New Zealand. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University and a Diploma in Interior Design from Unitec.
