Nikhil Venkatesh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product management and application development. Currently serving as the Head of Application Development at Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) since February 2025, Venkatesh previously co-founded BlockSpan, a Web3 data platform, where innovative API solutions were provided for the blockchain community. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Consumer Product Management at RealPage, Inc., where strategic oversight of the Renter Engagement Suite was exercised, and Chief Product Architect at The Rainmaker Group, specializing in pricing and forecasting solutions for apartment operators. Additionally, Venkatesh co-founded SlopeJet Leasing and held various leadership positions at AIMCO, HCL, and CGI-AMS. Venkatesh holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Arizona State University.
