Scott Shields has extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Rec Room Inc since October 2020. Prior to this role, Scott was a Senior Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Apptio from January 2015 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on the flagship application and driving quality and technology initiatives across a distributed organization. Scott's earlier positions include Software Test Manager at ABC Legal Services, overseeing a QA team for a legal case management suite in a hyper-agile environment, and Software Test Engineer 3 at Microsoft/CompuCom/Volt, where Scott developed test plans for various AAA Xbox 360 titles.
