Sneha Narayanan has extensive work experience in various industries. Most recently, they worked as a State Engagement Manager at Recidiviz starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations at Hearth from August 2021 to July 2022.
Sneha also gained valuable experience at Square, where they held multiple roles. As a Program Manager from January 2019 to August 2020, they led several strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency and driving revenue. During their time as an Operations and Analytics Manager from April 2017 to December 2018, they managed the day-to-day operations for Customer Success, including overseeing the growth of The Cash App business and launching outsourcing initiatives across multiple international sites.
Before joining Square, Sneha worked at EducationSuperHighway as a District Consultant from April 2016 to March 2017 and as a Senior Analyst from January 2014 to March 2016. Sneha began their career as an Analyst Fellow at Education Pioneers, working on projects for EducationSuperHighway from September 2014 to June 2015.
Sneha's experience also includes a role as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting from September 2012 to December 2013, as well as a Marketing Internship at SanDisk from May 2011 to August 2011.
