Bianca Mastnak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bianca started their career as a Rechtspraktikantin at Oberlandesgericht Graz in 2009 and then moved on to work as Juristin für Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht at KPMG in 2011. In 2012, they took a break from their professional career to focus on their family. Bianca then joined BWT in 2016 as Teamleader Group Payroll and Juristin, where they worked until 2018. In 2017, they also became the Inhaberin of HR-expert.at. Currently, they are the Head of Global Human Resources at RECOM Power, a position they have held since 2018.
Bianca Mastnak earned a degree in Rechtswissenschaften (law) from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in 2011. Bianca then went on to obtain accreditation as a Personalverrechnerin nach BibuG (accredited payroll accountant) from WIFI in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Rechtswissenschaften at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, earning a Mag. iur. degree between 2003 and 2008. In 2009, they also attended the UCLA Summer School to study English.
