Melanie Price

Melanie Price currently serves as the Head of Customer Success and Account Management at Red Flag Alert, a position held since May 2025. In this role, Melanie leads a team focused on enhancing customer communication and support during critical events. Prior to this, Melanie held multiple leadership positions at SYNLAB UK & Ireland from January 2020 to May 2025, serving as both Head of Services and Head of Client Services. Earlier experience includes over five years at Creditsafe, where Melanie was the Head of Client Services for Creditsafe Group and served as UK Customer Communications Manager. Educational qualifications include a tenure at Edinburgh Napier University from 2014 to 2015 and attendance at Bedwas Secondary.
