Cheryl Fowlkes has extensive work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training, development, and employee relations. Cheryl started their career at Coca Cola Enterprises, where they held multiple positions of increasing responsibility, providing HR support to managers and employees. Cheryl then moved to Olive Garden Restaurants, where they served as a Manager of Training & Development and as an Employee Relations Manager. Cheryl later joined Red Lobster, first as a Manager of Workforce Diversity, then as a Director of Culture and Inclusion, and finally as a Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Cheryl has demonstrated their expertise in supporting recruitment, engagement, and diversity initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
Cheryl Fowlkes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from the University of North Florida.
