Aleksandra Lubavs

Aleksandra Lubavs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership across various organizations in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Redcentric since May 2025, Lubavs previously held the position of Vice President at Cloud Software Group, where successful organizational transformations were achieved through effective team structuring and results-driven focus. Prior to that, leadership roles at Citrix included Vice President of Northern Europe Sales and Services, where sales excellence was emphasized, and Senior Director of Pre-Sales for Northern Europe, focusing on customer engagement and innovative work experiences. Lubavs also provided consulting services as a Global Marketing Executive and held significant positions at NCR Corporation, leading global marketing strategies and customer advocacy. Earlier experience at Diebold involved leading EMEA marketing and innovation efforts. Lubavs holds a MIM/MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
