Dorit Caspi is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the VP of People & Culture at Redefine Meat since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles at SodaStream International, Ltd. from July 2014 to June 2021, where Dorit held multiple titles, including Director of Global Employee Experience and HR Manager. Additional experience encompasses HR Specialist roles at Israel Discount Bank and the Israeli government delegation for the Defense Ministry, as well as Social Activities Director at Friendship’s Way, an organization supporting children at risk. Dorit holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
