Suzanne Caruana

Suzanne Caruana is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Partner at Redgate Software since November 2022. Previously, as HR Director at Z-Tech Control Systems Ltd from November 2015 to October 2022, Suzanne played a key role on the executive board, contributing to the successful sale of the company in December 2021. This involved shaping company culture through initiatives focused on values, internal communications, collaboration, management incentives, development programs, policy changes, and benefits reviews, which significantly enhanced employee engagement and supported continued growth. Earlier career roles include Head of HR, HR Advisor, and HR Administrator, as well as a Recruitment Consultant at Select Appointments East Anglia from July 2013 to November 2015. Suzanne holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a degree in Social Policy and Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
