Courtney Stewart

Courtney Stewart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product documentation and content services, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Documentation at Red Hat since September 2016, where leadership encompasses content strategy for the cloud and management portfolios. Prior to Red Hat, Courtney held various roles at IBM, including Software Development Manager and Content Strategist, where efforts focused on agile development, user experience integration, and documentation infrastructure. Earlier experience includes technical writing at Cisco Systems, demonstrating a strong foundation in producing high-quality technical documentation. Courtney holds a Master's degree in English from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in English and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
