Jenn Lindberg McGinnis

Jenn Lindberg McGinnis possesses extensive experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness, having served as Principal Leadership Development Program Manager at Red Hat from September 2017 to December 2021. Prior roles include Manager of Career Development & Early Talent Programs and Organizational Effectiveness Manager at the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources, where initiatives focused on attracting and retaining a skilled workforce. Additional experience includes positions as Interim Director of Talent Management at ALPS Solutions and as a leadership team member and PhD-level consultant at Developmental Associates, LLC. Jenn also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Leadership Studies at Peace College. Jenn holds both a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University.
