Chloe Drew

Chloe Drew currently serves as a Board Member at Edible Schoolyard NYC and holds the position of Chief People Officer at Redox, where the focus is on enhancing interoperability in healthcare software. As a People, Culture, DEI Advisor, and Executive Coach at CLD Advisory, Chloe supports various organizations in developing strategies related to people and culture. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Eden Health, where efforts were directed towards improving employee health and wellbeing, and Interim Chief People Officer at Compass, leading initiatives in diversity and inclusion. Chloe has experience as Chief of Staff at the Markle Foundation, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Appointments for the City of New York, and Executive Director of the Council of Urban Professionals, showcasing a strong background in leadership and organizational development across multiple sectors. Chloe holds an A.B. in History & Literature from Harvard University.
