Abel M.

Abel M. is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles within the tech industry. As Co-Founder of Malabar Labs since May 2024, Abel continues to drive innovation. Previously, Abel served as CTO and CEO at Sauce Labs, with a notable tenure at Backtrace I/O from June 2014 to June 2021 as CEO and Co-Founder, where the company gained recognition for enhancing the gaming experience for 18 of the top 20 gaming companies. Earlier roles include Head of Engineering at AppNexus, contributing to significant system optimizations and leading major architectural migrations, as well as foundational engineering roles at IBM and AMD. Abel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
