Mark Saunders

Mark Saunders possesses extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Technical Director at Quinn Estates since June 2018. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Redrow Homes, where responsibilities included managing a small engineering team and overseeing civil due diligence for land acquisitions. Mark's experience also includes roles as Development Manager at Laing O'Rourke, where management of residential land portfolios was key, and earlier as Senior Technical Co-ordinator in two separate tenures at Redrow Homes, focusing on technical solutions for land acquisitions. Additional earlier roles include Senior Technical Co-ordinator at Kier Group, specializing in social housing projects, and Senior Engineer at Ward Homes, where Mark was involved in land acquisition due diligence prior to a corporate acquisition.
