Jessica Bosman

Jessica Bosman currently serves as the Recruiting Operations Program Manager at Redwood Materials since July 2022, previously holding roles as a Senior Recruiter and Operations Recruiter. Prior to joining Redwood Materials, Jessica worked as a Recruiter at Chewy from September 2021 to July 2022, focusing on sourcing and onboarding qualified candidates. Jessica’s career began at Panighettis Eatery, INC, where a managerial role was held from November 2009 to July 2016, and included positions at Target from November 2016 to September 2021, such as General Merchandise Lead and Senior Team Lead. Jessica also gained early experience as a District Visual Merchandiser and Assistant Manager at No Fear from November 2007 to November 2011. Jessica Bosman holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from California State University, Chico, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
