Michael Montgomery, CMRP has extensive work experience in operational leadership and continuous improvement roles. Michael is currently serving as the Customer Success Director at Redzone Production Systems, where they began in January 2022. Previously, Michael worked as the Coaching Director at Redzone Production Systems from April 2021 to November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Continuous Improvement Lead Coach from April 2019 to April 2021. In this position, Michael utilized their 10+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry to implement the Redzone Production System and deliver lasting bottom line savings.

Before joining Redzone Production Systems, Michael served as the Plant Engineering Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA from November 2017 to December 2018. Michael also worked as the Operations/Technical Manager at Nestlé Waters from September 2014 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Michael held positions at The Boston Beer Company as a Production Supervisor and at Nestlé Waters as a Technical Resource/PM Pillar Leader and Operations Resource.

Michael Montgomery, CMRP pursued their education starting from their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Oregon State University. The specific duration of this degree is not provided. Following this, they furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Analytics from Oregon State University, completing their studies from 2020 to 2022.
