Ricky Cromer-Wilson started their work experience as an Event Supervisor at Discovery Soccer Park from 2014 to 2015. Ricky then worked as an adidas Technical Representative at Playmakers in 2016. Later, they became a Project Event Coordinator at Playmakers, where they oversaw major events and activations across South Africa. In 2018, Ricky joined Jawbone Brand Experiences as a Key Account Manager, where they gained significant growth and built strong client relationships. In the same year, they also became the Managing Director at CROME-Digital. Currently, Ricky is the Founder of Reef App - Your Third Workspace, based in South Africa.
Ricky Cromer-Wilson began their education at King Edward VII School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their Matric with University Exemption. Following this, they attended the University of Johannesburg from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. In 2012, Ricky returned to the University of Johannesburg to pursue a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching, which they completed in 2013. Ricky furthered their education by obtaining an Honors BCom degree in Sports Management from the University of Johannesburg in 2014 and 2015.
