Pratibha

Pratibha (Pat) is the Founder and CEO of Refract, an AI-powered Enterprise Intelligence provider specializing in digitalizing research to promote business growth through the integration of strategy, sales, and marketing functions since August 2015. Prior to founding Refract, Pratibha served as Head of Marketing Intelligence at Fiserv, overseeing marketing research operations to support business development and strategy, and held positions at Gartner as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst, contributing to numerous IT implementation and strategy projects. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Executive at NTT DATA Americas and Analyst at Gerson Lehrman Group, focusing on market studies and data analysis. Pratibha's educational background includes a degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in Entrepreneurship, a Master's degree in Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
