Currently serving as the Managing Director in the West Region at Regency Centers, Patrick is responsible for a portfolio of grocery anchored and community shopping centers in Southern California & the PNW. Prior to this, Patrick held various leadership roles at Duckett Wilson Development, where Patrick focused on driving portfolio NOI through development, redevelopment, and anchor and chain store leasing. Patrick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Property Development & Management from the University of Southern California.
