Sameh Shaaban has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Multi Property General Manager at Regency Group Holding since February 2014. In this role, Sameh manages multiple hotels, enhancing profitability and achieving record occupancy rates despite challenging conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous positions include Multi Property General Manager at Ramada Encore Doha Hotel during the FIFA World Cup, where Sameh achieved extraordinary occupancy rates and revenue maximization. Sameh's extensive background includes leadership roles at renowned establishments like JW Marriott Hotel Cairo, Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers, and Marriott International, where significant achievements in sales growth and market share retention were realized. Sameh holds a Post Graduate degree in Executive Management from The American University in Cairo.
