Keenan Lacey

Keenan Lacey, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist in the Target Information Group at Regeneron since July 2023, focusing on identifying and evaluating biological targets and pathways for clinical and preclinical research. Prior to this role, Keenan served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at NYU Langone Health from January 2018 to June 2023, studying the interactions between Staphylococcus aureus and the immune system under the guidance of Dr. Victor Torres. Additionally, Keenan was a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Postdoctoral Research Fellow from May 2019 to April 2022. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbiology from Trinity College Dublin, where research explored cell wall-anchored proteins in Staphylococcus aureus infections and their potential as vaccine antigens, completed in December 2017. Keenan's earlier experience also includes a role as a Clinical Laboratory Assistant at help2kids in the summer of 2013.
