Lena Maslennikova

Lena Maslennikova, DSL, MBA, currently serves as the Dean of Online Instruction at Spartanburg Methodist College, a position held since September 2023. With extensive experience in higher education, Lena has been an Adjunct Professor at Regent University since April 2005, teaching Business and Leadership courses. Lena's previous roles include Associate Vice President and Dean of the College of Adult Professional Studies at North Greenville University, where Lena launched five online programs. Additionally, Lena has served as an Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, including Azusa Pacific University and Tidewater Community College. Lena's background in instructional design is highlighted by responsibilities at Regent University, including overseeing the administration of Blackboard Software and leading faculty training initiatives. Lena holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership and an MBA, both from Regent University, along with a Master in Education from Kharkiv Pedagogical University.
