Jesús Navarrete, Ph.D., is an accomplished educator and consultant with extensive experience in bilingual and ESL education, currently serving as a Consultant for Teaching & Learning at Region 10 ESC, where notable achievements include the innovative redesign of the Migrant Education Program. Previous roles include Director of Bilingual/ESL at Responsive Education Solutions, Network ESL Coordinator at Uplift Education, and adjunct professorship at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Navarrete has consistently demonstrated leadership in enhancing instructional programs, facilitating professional development, and utilizing data-driven strategies to promote student engagement and learning outcomes across various educational settings. Academic qualifications encompass a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of North Texas and master’s and bachelor's degrees from Austin College.
