Lisa Williams

Lisa (Elizabeth) Williams, M.Ed, NBCT, is an experienced educator with a diverse background in gifted education, reading specialist roles, and special education across various school districts. Currently serving as a Gifted Education Teacher and Team Lead at Frisco ISD since August 2012, Lisa has developed training strategies, coordinated instructional objectives, and created assessment tools to enhance student learning. Additionally, as a consultant for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards at Region 10 ESC, Lisa mentors teachers pursuing certification and provides coaching support. Previous positions have included instructional coaching, literacy intervention, and curriculum development, with a focus on collaboration and inclusive educational practices. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Reading Education from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Elmhurst University.
