Ed Gill has a diverse range of work experience. Ed started their career as a Financial Analyst at Travelers, where they worked from June 2000 to December 2002. Ed then joined BB&T as part of their Management Development Program from January 2003 to July 2003. Following this, they joined Regional Acceptance Corp as the Vice President of the Portfolio Acquisition Group in July 2003 and has continued in this role. In 2015, Ed became a Co-Owner of Duck Donuts Greenville, and in 2017, they also became a Co-Owner of Duck Donuts Jacksonville. Most recently, in April 2019, Ed became a North Carolina Real Estate Broker - Provisional, Inactive.

Ed Gill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from High Point University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance from the University of Hartford between 2000 and 2002.
