Fabiola Negrón has extensive experience in food safety and quality control, most notably serving as Director of Food Safety at Registrar Corp from October 2016 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the Food Safety Department and acting as a Regulatory Specialist. Prior to this, Fabiola worked as a Quality Control Technician at The C. F. Sauer Company from March 2015 to October 2016. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology and a Curricular Sequence in Food Science and Technology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Fabiola has also gained research experience in food microbiology, focusing on edible coatings to prevent mold and yeast in tomatoes, and has held instructional roles as a Laboratory Instructor during academic training. Additionally, an internship was completed at Compañía Cervecera de Puerto Rico in early 2012.
