Jessica Kirshenblat-Gooderham currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Regrow Ag, focusing on combating climate change through resilient agriculture globally. Previously, Jessica held the role of VP of Customer Success for the Americas at EcoVadis, where leadership was provided to enhance market maturity and drive customer impact. Prior to that, Jessica accumulated extensive experience at General Mills, taking on various roles including Canada Sustainability Team Lead and Sr. Customer Development Manager, after joining as a Retail Sales Representative in 2008. Jessica's earlier career includes a position as Director of Web Development and Commercial Fundraising at Top Prospects in Canada and as an Asia Pacific Retail Sales & Marketing Executive at DHL. Educational qualifications comprise a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and an Honours BBA from Schulich School of Business, along with a BBA Exchange Program at ESSEC Business School in France.
