Phillip Bishop is a highly experienced systems engineer currently serving as the Lead Systems Engineer at Regulus Group since April 2021, overseeing the systems engineering efforts for the FAA PMO's Operational Analysis and Reporting System (OARS). Previously, Phillip held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at DTIS, providing support for the sustainment of legacy surveillance radar systems and managing technical documentation. Phillip's career also includes roles as a Systems Engineer at GMI Solutions, where project management and proposal development were key responsibilities, and as an RF Engineer at the Medical College of Wisconsin, focusing on MRI technology. Additionally, Phillip worked as a Master Control Engineer at Sinclair Broadcast Group, coordinating broadcast operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Marquette University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and an Associate of Applied Science from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
