Shona Logan-King

Shona has worked for Rehab for the past 19 years and has a substantial career in the Disability and Voluntary Sector.

Beginning her career in Psychology, Shona has worked for Rehab as a Brain Injury Services manager, Regional Manager and Head of Community Support. Shona has a particular interest in strategic development and continuous improvement across organisations. Shona has research expertise in cognitive rehabilitation for people with neurological conditions. As Director of Quality and Governance, Shona has overarching responsibility for the implementation of quality management systems to support compliance with regulation, standards and accreditation. The Quality and Governance Department is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on the quality and safety of services and supporting services to meet health and safety requirements, deal with complaints, and ensure people who use services are safe.
