Bailey Hongladarom

Bailey Hongladarom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cobrand at REI since February 2019, Bailey has previously held a variety of roles at Constellation Brands, including Sr. Program Manager and Associate Brand Manager. Key responsibilities included developing brand plans, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, managing significant budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bailey began the career at Franciscan Winery as a Retail Sales Associate and has additionally contributed to research at UC Santa Barbara. Educational achievements include a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and ongoing studies at UC Berkeley Extension.
