Mandalyn McGrath

Mandalyn McGrath, PMP, is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and corporate services strategy. Currently serving as the Voice of Employee - Engagement Program Manager at REI since September 2023, Mandalyn previously held the role of Employee Engagement Program Manager at Hansell Tierney. Mandalyn's extensive experience at KPMG US includes positions such as Manager as well as Senior and Associate roles within Corporate Services Strategy and Customer & Operations from December 2016 to March 2023. Prior experience also includes serving as a Functional Analyst at Method3 and as Chief of Staff and Project Manager at Rolka Loube. Mandalyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics from the University of Pittsburgh.
