Vignesh Pratap

Vignesh Pratap is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Technology - Enterprise Systems at REI since February 2025, where responsibilities include enhancing employee and member experiences through comprehensive technology strategies. Previously, Vignesh held the position of Senior Director of Engineering for Global Technology at Nike, focusing on digital supply chain innovations. Vignesh's experience also includes leading the ERP Supply Chain and Finance Systems Modernization practice at Accelalpha, developing large-scale solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior roles include Director of Global Technology at Starbucks, overseeing business systems development, and Principal Consultant at Infosys Limited, managing ERP and business transformation engagements. Vignesh holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
