Prior to Device Technologies, Graham worked at Commonwealth Bank from September 2017 to December 2018 as Head of Infrastructure, leading a network services team of 70 professionals and managing a budget of roughly $120 million, achieving significant cost savings through renegotiated contracts. Graham's career also includes a tenure as Head of Network Services at National Australia Group from January 2011 to August 2017.
