Paul Gibson has a diverse work experience starting as a Club Manager at LA Fitness in 2007, then becoming a General Manager at Fitness First in 2009. Paul achieved significant success while at Fitness First by winning National Sales awards and being responsible for the Exeter, Bath and Bristol Cribbs Sites. In 2014, they founded Rela8 Group Ltd, focusing on providing businesses with industry challenges identification, key innovator connection, and understanding future business prospects. Paul has also been a Forbes Business Council member since February 2022, and they are currently a Director and Owner at Technology Leaders Club. Recently, they have become a Strategic Partner Advisory and Investor at Decipher Cyber - Jenny starting in March 2022.
From 1992 to 1999, Paul Gibson attended West Somerset where they received their A level degree in Business Management and Physical Education.
