Arnaud Wielgus has a diverse work experience in various companies and industries. Arnaud started their career as the Marketing & Communication Manager at E. LECLERC, where they were responsible for creating the marketing department and overseeing advertising campaigns and trade marketing actions. Arnaud then moved on to World Online as an E-business Product Manager, where they created and launched an e-business platform and worked on prospecting and animating the e-business website. Arnaud then joined Conforama, initially as a Web Marketing Manager and later promoted to E-business and Relationship Marketing Director. During their time at Conforama, they managed a team of 20 people, increased online turnover, influenced sales, and developed the CRM strategy for millions of clients. Currently, Arnaud holds the position of Chief Commercial, Marketing & Digital Officer at Relais & Châteaux, where they manage a team of 60 people across five continents and oversees marketing, commercial, and digital operations.
Arnaud Wielgus completed their Master in Management degree in Marketing from SKEMA Business School between 1993 and 1995. In 1994, they also attended Rutgers Business School for a Marketing program.
