Brian A. Mayer is President of Related Management. Mr. Mayer is responsible for the operating performance of all residential assets classes, including luxury rentals, condominiums and affordable housing properties throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Related Management, Mr. Mayer was Executive Vice President of Operations for HEI Hotels and Resorts, an owner-operator of hotel real estate, with a portfolio of 70 multi-brand hotels throughout the United States. In addition, he led the Food and Beverage and Sales and Marketing disciplines as well as property acquisition process, assimilating new hotels into HEI’s platforms and strategies. Mr. Mayer also developed and led Six Sigma for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the first service industry application of its kind.
Mr. Mayer holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
