Pete Rahmer leads investor relations and capital market activities at Relay. Prior to Relay, Pete was the founder and managing partner of Endurance Advisors, a biotech-focused investor relations and capital markets advisory firm. Prior to Endurance, he was a managing director at the Trout Group and headed the firm’s West Coast practice. Earlier in his career, Pete was part of Thomson Financial’s Biotechnology Capital Markets Intelligence team.
Over the past 15 years, Pete has advised more than 50 companies in capital raising, strategy and investor relations, helping clients raise over $3 billion through capital market offerings over his tenure.
Pete holds a B.A. in economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
