Max Reisinger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law since 2022. Prior to this, Max worked at ReliabilityFirst Corporation as a Senior Counsel, Counsel, Associate Counsel, and Enforcement Specialist from 2014 onwards. Additionally, they were an Adjunct Professor at Walsh University from 2019 to 2021.
Max's earlier experiences include serving as a Purchasing Legal Intern at The Ohio State University, a Student Representative at Themis Bar Review, and a JD Candidate at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Max also worked as a Judicial Extern for Judge Kimberly Cocroft at Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and as a Research Assistant for Professor Amy Cohen at Moritz College of Law. Max gained further legal experience as a Legal Intern at Direct Marketing Association.
Before entering the legal field, Max worked as an AVID Tutor at Northland High School. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in various legal roles, including teaching and research, and their commitment to education.
Max Reisinger earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from The Ohio State University between 2007 and 2010. After that, they pursued their passion for law and obtained a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law between 2011 and 2014.

Our team includes electrical engineers, computer engineers and cyber security experts, statisticians and risk experts, attorneys and regulatory experts, professional auditors, systems engineers, organizational design experts, and professional trainers. ReliabilityFirst is one of only six companies across North America that are responsible for this vital work under Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)-approved delegation agreements with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). Specifically, our company is responsible for the reliability and security of the electric grid in the Mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes areas of the United States, which includes all or portions of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, and the District of Columbia.
