Laurah Hagen

Laurah Hagen, M.A., currently serves as a Senior Learning and Development Program Manager at Remitly since August 2022 and has been a Career Coach at Better + Better Career Coaching since June 2017. With a robust background in learning and development, Laurah previously held the position of Learning & Development Program Manager at Premera Blue Cross from May 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included building learning offerings for a large organization. Earlier experience at Northern Arizona University included roles as Program Coordinator for Sr. Career Programming and Lecturer, where Laurah developed innovative career development programs and received recognition as "Part-time Faculty of the Year." Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Edinburgh Business School, a Master's in Experiential Education from Prescott College, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Whitman College.
