Nicky Bowman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nicky began their career in 2017 at T-Mobile as a Sales Lead and later became a Retail Store Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to the recruitment field, first working as a Sales Recruiter and Employer Partnerships at It's Destiny Recruiting, and then as a Lead Recruiter at Leo Recruiting Company. In 2022, they joined j. David Group as a SaaS Sales Recruiter, where they contributed to building successful teams for technology companies. Currently, they are a Full Cycle Recruiter at Closers.io, utilizing their expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. Nicky has demonstrated adaptability and a strong understanding of both sales and recruitment throughout their career.

Nicky Bowman attended Santa Barbara City College from 2016 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations.
