Ivan Valdes

Ivan Valdes is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Vice President at RenaissanceRe since November 2023. Prior to this role, Valdes held the position of Vice President at Validus Reinsurance, Ltd., focusing on Quantitative Swiss regulatory filings, capital model development, and pricing support. Valdes' extensive experience at EY includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager within Financial Services Consulting, advising European insurers on regulatory topics, capital modeling, and actuary management. Valdes contributed to multiple Solvency II projects for global insurance companies and facilitated many actuarial audits for Non-Life insurers in Switzerland.
