Zaher Baidas

Zaher Baidas is a seasoned professional in the field of microelectronics with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP and GM of the Timing Product Division at Renesas Electronics since April 2019, Zaher previously held senior leadership positions at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc., where responsibilities included Senior Director of Research and Development and Director of Research Development, from January 2012 to April 2019. Prior to that, Zaher worked at Microsemi as a Specialist Design Engineer/Digital Design Manager and held various roles at Zarlink Semiconductor and LME Design Automation. Zaher earned a PhD in Microelectronics and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Southampton, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Damascus University.
