Gautam Sharma

Gautam Sharma is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as AGM Utility Bidding at ReNew Power since September 2022, where 3.5 GW of new renewable energy capacity has been added to the portfolio. Previously, Gautam held various roles at Vena Energy, including Senior Manager of Business Development & Commercial, successfully commissioning a 135 MWp Solar PV plant in Karnataka. Gautam has also served as Project Manager at Equis Energy, executing 2x65 MW projects in Telangana, and worked in project and engineering roles at Energon Soleq and SunEdison, contributing to the development of multiple solar power projects. Gautam's early career includes research and training initiatives at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an internship at ISGEC, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and ongoing Executive MBA studies at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
