Leif Olsen

Leif Olsen is a seasoned electrical technician with extensive experience in the solar energy sector and general electrical work. Currently serving as Lead Technician at RES since April 2024, Olsen previously held the position of Solar Electrician Technician III at Cleanleaf Energy from July 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Crew Lead & Solar Electrician at Sunline Energy and Journeyman Electrician at Apply, where Olsen contributed to major projects such as Perigrino 2, Goliat, and Johan Sverdrup. A background in varied electrical applications was established during service in the Norwegian Armed Forces and as a Diving Assistant and Crewman at Amundsen Diving AS. Leif Olsen holds a General Electrical Degree from Rubbestadneset Electrical School, completed in 2010.
