Alexander Cohen

Alexander Cohen is a PhD student in Electronic Arts at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where studies are ongoing since August 2023. Previously, Alexander served as the Technical Director of the School of Music at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2021 to August 2023 and as a Lecturer in Digital Audio Production at North Carolina State University from July 2020 to June 2021. Alexander's professional background includes roles as a Service Associate at Meyer Sound, various music instructor positions at institutions such as San Ramon Music School, Dynamic Music, Inc., Chicago Music Teachers, and Avon School of Music, as well as concert sound roles at Mills College. Academically, Alexander holds a Master of Fine Arts in Electronic Music and Recording Media and a Master of Arts in Composition from Mills College, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Studies from Oberlin College.
