Marcela Heywood

Marcela Heywood is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing at Replicant since September 2023. Previously, Marcela was the Head of Marketing at CastorDoc, where leadership in the marketing function supported significant growth following a $25M Series A fundraise. Prior to that, Marcela held the position of VP of Growth at Passbase, successfully professionalizing the marketing function and leading activities that contributed to a $10M Series A funding round. Marcela's experience also includes building the B2B Marketing function at General Assembly, where several leadership roles focused on demand generation and product strategy, and early career consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group. Marcela holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy from Duke University.
